Sedona Cliff House

Project: Cliffside Residence & Studio, Sedona Arizona

Description: Architectural planning, engineering and custom fabrication for private residence built into a red rock butte.  The house is situated 200 feet above ground level and incorporates a tramway elevator.  The 4.0 acre property sits high above Oak Creek in West Sedona with views in all directions.

Constructed on solid rock, the house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with 2150 square feet of interior living area. Multiple decks and covered patios on various levels are accessed by an interior elevator. Contemporary features accentuate stunning vistas. A 20 foot wide sliding glass wall integrates outdoor with indoor areas.
